Preparation and delivery time

Since each piece is personalized, it is first crafted especially for you, then shipped. Standard production time is 5 to 10 business days, depending on the design chosen. Once your order is confirmed via WhatsApp, we'll keep you updated.

We ship nationwide with Servientrega, delivered to your door anywhere in the country.

Same-day delivery if dispatched early within the same city; 1–2 business days to other cities. Saturday shipments are delivered on Monday.

United States — via USPS

For customers in the USA, we ship with USPS Ground Advantage.
