When will I receive my first box?+

Your first box ships within the first 5 business days after you subscribe. Starting the second month, shipments go out during the third week of the month, along with all subscriptions.

Can I choose the jewelry I receive?+

No — the surprise is part of the experience. Each month, the CACUSA team selects the 2 pieces you'll receive, always taking care to balance variety and quality, with nothing for you to choose.

Do you ship throughout Ecuador and the USA?+

Yes. Shipping is included in the membership price for both Ecuador and the United States, at no extra cost.

How does the monthly payment work?+

You're charged automatically every month on your card through Square, our secure payment processor. Square sends you a receipt by email after each charge.

General Terms

We want you to join the club with all the information clear.

Recurring monthly payment
The $19.99 charge is processed automatically every month, on the same day you subscribed. The charge will appear on your statement as CACUSA by Taitus.

Shipping after payment confirmation
Shipments go out during the third week of each month, once payment is confirmed. Delivery time is 5 to 15 business days depending on the destination country. If you haven't received your box in the first few days of the month, it isn't a delay — shipments simply haven't gone out yet.

No returns
Returns and refunds are not accepted under this subscription model. Each piece is selected and shipped especially for you with care. Exception: if your piece arrives with a manufacturing defect, report it with photos within the first 48 hours and we'll replace it at no cost.

Random selection by CACUSA
Jewelry is randomly selected by the CACUSA team. The surprise and the careful selection are part of the club experience.

Types of pieces included
The 2 monthly pieces can be earrings, rings, bracelets or necklaces — made of stainless steel: it doesn't rust, doesn't tarnish, and keeps its shine over time.

No exchanges for store items
Subscription jewelry cannot be exchanged or swapped for items available in the online store. These are exclusive club pieces.

Cancellation policy
You can cancel your subscription anytime directly from the "Manage subscription" link that Square emails you when each payment is confirmed — no need to write to us or wait for a reply. Cancellation takes effect starting the next billing cycle: if the current month's or year's charge has already been processed, your subscription remains active and you'll receive the box for that period — we don't offer refunds on charges already processed. For cancellation to apply before your next charge, do it at least 5 days before your renewal date. If you have trouble finding the link, message us on WhatsApp or at facturacioncacusa@gmail.com and we'll help you.

Failed payment
If your payment isn't processed successfully, Square will automatically try to charge again. While payment is pending, that month's shipment will be put on hold until the situation is resolved.

Price changes
Any change to the subscription price will be communicated at least 30 days in advance via your registered email. You have the right to cancel at no charge if you disagree with the new price.

Personal data
Your shipping information (name, address, phone) is used exclusively to manage delivery of your jewelry. We do not share your data with third parties. Payment processing is handled securely by Square.
Important about shipping times
Subscriptions all ship together during the third week of the month. This is different from a regular store order. If you join mid-month, your first box will ship in the third week of the following month. If you haven't received your box in the first few days of the month, it isn't a delay — it's simply not yet time for the monthly shipment.
