All boxes, including the first one, ship together in the third week of the month (15th–21st). If your payment is confirmed by the 10th, your box ships that same month; if it's after the 10th, it ships in the third week of the following month.

Yes. Shipping is included in the membership price for both Ecuador and the United States, at no extra cost.

Every month you get a Square invoice by email and pay it with Apple Pay, Google Pay or card in one tap. We don't store your card and there are no automatic charges. Square emails you a receipt after each payment.

General Terms

We want you to have all the details clear before you join the club.

Monthly payment by invoice
Three days before your renewal date you get a Square invoice by email for $19.99 ($219.89 on the annual plan). Pay it with Apple Pay, Google Pay or card. The charge appears on your statement as CACUSA by Taitus.
Shipping after payment confirmation
Shipments go out together during the third week of each month (15th–21st). Payments confirmed by the 10th are included in that month's shipment; later payments ship the following month. Delivery time is 5 to 15 business days depending on the destination country.
No returns
Returns and refunds are not accepted under this subscription model. Each piece is selected and shipped especially for you with care. Exception: if your piece arrives with a manufacturing defect, report it with photos within the first 48 hours and we'll replace it at no cost.
Random selection by CACUSA
Jewelry is randomly selected by the CACUSA team. The surprise and the careful selection are part of the club experience.
Types of pieces included
The 2 monthly pieces can be earrings, rings, bracelets or necklaces — made of stainless steel: it doesn't rust, doesn't tarnish, and keeps its shine over time.
No exchanges for store items
Subscription jewelry cannot be exchanged or swapped for items available in the online store. These are exclusive club pieces.
Cancellation policy
There are no automatic charges: if you don't want to continue, just don't pay the next invoice, or message us on WhatsApp or at facturacioncacusa@gmail.com and we'll void it. We don't refund payments already made: you receive that period's box. If you subscribed before October 2026 with automatic card billing, you can cancel from the "Manage subscription" link Square emails you with each payment, or write to us and we'll help.
Pending payment
If you don't pay the invoice by its due date, Square sends you reminders. After 7 days without payment your membership is paused: the 5% discount, free shipping and that month's box are put on hold. You can reactivate it anytime by paying the pending invoice.
Price changes
Any change to the subscription price will be communicated at least 30 days in advance via your registered email. You have the right to cancel at no charge if you disagree with the new price.
Personal data
Your shipping information (name, address, phone) is used exclusively to manage delivery of your jewelry. We do not share your data with third parties. Payment processing is handled securely by Square.
Important about shipping times
Subscriptions all ship together during the third week of the month (15th–21st). This is different from a regular store order. If your payment is confirmed by the 10th, your box ships that month; if it's later, it ships in the third week of the following month. If you haven't received your box in the first few days of the month, it isn't a delay — it's simply not yet time for the monthly shipment.
